Spreadwing Farm had one last crop of Jimmy Nardello Peppers so running this pizza back this week. It is so good do not miss it this Wednesday. Matsutake season is going strong this year with beautiful crops coming in from Shasta, wild mushroom pie on Friday should be al ot of fun. First squash of the season with aged gouda and fried sage is always a fan favorite. Summer is gone, so our salad is changing. Gorgeous red beets from Riverdog cooked and marinated with super creamy blu di bufala. This is a blue cheese that all people can enjoy, please give it a shot! See you soon:)
